Appeal following crash involving pedestrian and van in Perth
Road policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash on King Edward Street in Perth.
The incident happened around 2.20pm on Tuesday, 25 July, involving a pedestrian and a white Ford Transit Custom 2800 van.
Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 94-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee where his condition is described as serious but stable.
Sergeant Brian McEwen said: “Our enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who saw what happened but has not yet spoken to officers, to get in touch.
