Man arrested after £200,000 in drugs recovered from Glasgow flat
Detectives have executed a drugs search warrant at a flat in Glasgow, leading to the recovery of cannabis with an estimated value of around £200,000.
The search took place at a flat in the Frankfort Street area of the city, around 6.40pm on Monday, 30 January, 2023.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the recovery and enquiries remain ongoing.
Detective Inspector Alan Ferguson, from Greater Glasgow CID, said: “Drug misuse brings nothing but misery to our communities and I want to reassure people that we will continue to use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from the streets.
