Appeal following serious assault on the Isle of Skye
Detectives are appealing for information following a serious assault on the Isle of Skye.
Around 12.20am on Saturday, 25 February, 2023, an 19-year-old man was injured by two men while on Bayfield Lane, Portree.
He was taken to Broadford Hospital for treatment. He has since been released.
The first suspect is described as male, 18-25 years of age, with slick back hair. He was wearing black trousers, a black t-shirt and black trainers.
The second suspect is described as male, around 5ft 10in, of stocky build with dirty blond slick back hair. He was wearing dark clothing with a blue or black jumper.
Detective Sergeant Joe Newson said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing for anyone who was in the area around the time and who witnessed anything to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone with any dashcam footage which may assist to get in touch.”
