Man charged with drugs offences at Aberdeen Train Station
Drugs worth £60,000 were recovered after a man was stopped at Aberdeen Train Station.
Around 7.40am on Thursday, 30 November, 2023, the 65-year-old man was stopped and searched and found to be in possession of a large quantity of cannabis.
He has been arrested and charged and is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Friday, 1 December, 2023.
Detective Constable Daniel Connelly said: “We remain committed to tackling the supply of controlled drugs in the North East and pro-actively target the individuals intent on causing harm to our local communities.
"We rely on the support of the public to help us take action to disrupt the drug trade.
