Appeal following serious assault in Braes Avenue, Clydebank

Officers are appealing for information following a serious assault in Clydebank on Tuesday, 26 December, 2023.

The incident happened around 9.30am within a property on Braes Avenue in the town when a 25-year-old man was assaulted. He sustained serious injuries and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

Detective Constable Calum Hall said: “This assault happened at a time when there were people around and we are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything relating to this incident.

“We are also asking anyone who has private CCTV footage or who may have been driving in the area at the time and has dash-cam that could help with our enquiries to get in touch.”
