Man charged in connection with death of man in Renton

Following an investigation into the death of Charles Wilson in Renton, officers have arrested and charged a 42-year-old man in connection with the death.

He is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday, 3 April, 2023.

Mr Wilson was found within a flat in Tontine Park on Saturday, 25 March.

Detective Inspector Lynsey Watters said: “I would like to thank the local community for their support and cooperation throughout this ongoing inquiry.”
