Man charged after cannabis recovery in Aberdeenshire
Cannabis worth more than £43,000 has been recovered after officers searched a rural property near Insch.
Officers attended the property on Tuesday, 18 April and discovered a number of plants being grown within.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery and is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday, 20 April.
Detective Constable Daniel Connelly of North East Division’s CID Proactive team said: “We are committed to tackling the supply of drugs in our region.
“Activity such as this is driven by information from our communities who do not tolerate this kind of activity.
