Man arrested and charged following drugs recovery in Ardrossan
A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged following the recovery of drugs worth £120,000 in Ardrossan.
Officers from the Ayrshire proactive crime team executed a warrant at an address in the Chapelhill Mount area of the town on Friday, 14 April.
Cannabis plants and herbal cannabis with a street value of £120,000 were seized.
The man is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Monday, 17 April, 2023.
Sergeant Terry McEwan said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and Police Scotland is committed to tracking down those responsible for the supply of illegal substances.
