CCTV appeal following serious assault in Glasgow

Police in Glasgow have released an image of a man they believe can assist with enquiries into a serious assault in the Queen Street area.

The incident took place around 12.40am on Sunday, 29 January, 2023, near to Max’s Bar.

The man is described as being white, in his early-to-mid 20s, with a slim build and short dark hair. He was wearing a dark jacket, white t-shirt with distinctive lightning motif, black trousers and black trainers with white soles.

Detective Constable Gemma Cusick said: “We believe the man in this image will be able to assist are investigation and are asking for him, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward.

“If you believe you can assist our efforts, please call police on 101, quoting incident 1459 of 2 February, 2023.”
