Appeal following serious assault in Glasgow
Police are appealing for information following the serious assault of a man in Glasgow city centre.
The incident took place around 11pm on Friday, 31 March, 2023.
A 37-year-old male was on Killermont Street, near to Buchanan Bus Station, when a male exited a silver vehicle and assaulted him. He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The suspect is described as white, around 5 foot 7 inches tall, aged in his 20s, with short blonde hair.
He was last seen turning right on to West Nile Street from Killermont Street in a silver car. It is believed there were two other white males in the vehicle.
Police Constable Kat Currie said: "A man has sustained a serious injury and it is imperative we trace whoever is responsible.
"I would urge anyone with information about this incident to contact police.
