Wilful fireraising - Kilmailing Road, Glasgow
Detectives are appealing for information after a car was set on fire outside a property on Kilmailing Road, Glasgow on Sunday, 11 September.
Around 10.05pm, police were called to a report of two men causing damage to four vehicles and one of them was set on fire.
The two men ran off on to Old Castle Road and got into a black Mercedes or BMW parked there.
The suspects were both wearing dark-coloured clothing, gloves and had their faces covered.
Detective Constable Sarah-Lee MacFarlane said: “Luckily no one was injured as a result of this fire, but the two men must be traced and I would ask the public for any information they hold that may assist our investigation.
“Any witnesses, or anyone who saw the black Mercedes or BMW in the Old Castle Road area is asked to contact us. I would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who saw anything suspicious.”
