CCTV appeal following serious assault on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow
Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with enquiries into a serious assault which occurred on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow around 11.45pm on Tuesday, 15 February, 2022.
Officers believe the man pictured may hold information that will assist their ongoing investigation.
The man who police believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries is described as white, between 20 and 35 years of age and of slim build. He was wearing a blue jacket with dark jogging bottoms and white trainers.
Detective Constable James Herbison from Greater Glasgow CID said: "This was a particularly serious attack on a busy area of Glasgow City Centre which has left a man requiring hospital treatment for significant facial injuries.
"Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing for the man pictured, or anyone who has information relating to him or the assault to contact police.”
