Appeal following theft of bicycles in West Lothian
Officers in West Lothian are appealing for information after a break-in and theft of two valuable bicycles.
Entry was forced to a garage and the two Trek mountain bikes stolen from Shaw Avenue, Armadale, between midnight and 12.15am on Monday, 5 September, 2022.
The bikes are described as a Trek Powerfly, orange in colour, full electric with front suspension and a Trek Slash 8 full suspension in grey.
They are estimated to be worth a total of around £6,000.
The three suspects all wore dark clothing and masks or hoods. They left in the direction of Birkenshaw Way, Armadale.
Detective Constable Ross Collett said: “Our enquiries into the theft are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who has any information or who saw anything suspicious in the area around the time to come forward.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who was in the area around the time and may have dashcam or private CCTV footage.”
