Man charged following drugs recovery in Glasgow
A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged following the recovery of cannabis with an estimated street value of £65,000, in Glasgow.
On Friday, 28 October, 2022, officers executed a warrant at a property in the Tobago Place area of Glasgow and found a large quantity of cannabis within.
The 39-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today (Monday, 31 October).
Detective Inspector Thomas Carey, of Greater Glasgow Serious and Organised Crime Pro-Active CID, said: “Police Scotland is committed to disrupting the illicit supply of drugs in our communities and we will use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from our streets.
