Officers continue to appeal for information following fatal crash in Paisley
Road Policing officers are continuing to appeal for information following a fatal crash in Paisley.
On Sunday, 27 November, 2022, at around 12.20am, officers were called to a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Bredilands Road.
Jim Paterson, 63, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was re-opened around 5.30pm on Monday after officers carried out a full collision investigation.
Sergeant Kenny Malaney said: "Our thoughts remain with the family of Jim.
“Our enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and we would appeal to anyone who has any information to come forward and speak to police.
“I would also ask if there are any motorists who have possible dashcam footage of the area around the time of the incident to get in touch with officers.”
