Appeal for information following attempted robbery in Stirling
Officers are appealing for information following an attempted robbery in Stirling.
The incident happened around 8pm on Monday, 28 November 2022, near Forthside Way.
A 22-year old man was approached by two youths, one who pushed him and demanded property. The man was able to run away and was unharmed in the incident.
One of the youths is described as white, male, aged between 15 and 18 years, with a Scottish accent, and light blonde hair. He was wearing a navy blue jacket with the hood up and dark bottoms.
The other is described as a white male of similar age.
Detective Sergeant Chris Scott, of Stirling CID, said: "Fortunately the male was not injured but he has been left shaken and upset by what happened. We are appealing for anyone in the area who saw what happened, or who saw these youths before or after the incident, to get in touch.
"In addition, anyone driving in the area with dash-cam footage or anyone with private CCTV footage that could assist our enquiries is asked to make contact.”
