Appeal following serious crash in Inverness
Road Policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash in Inverness.
Around 5.10pm on Sunday, 13 November, 2022, officers received a report of a crash involving a light blue Citreon C1 and a male pedestrian on Old Perth Road.
Emergency services attended and the 75-year-old pedestrian was taken to Raigmore Hospital by ambulance where medical staff describe his condition as serious but stable.
The female driver of the car was not injured.
The road was closed for around seven hours to allow investigations to be carried out and diversions were in place.
Sergeant Calum MacAuley said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and who saw the crash to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone with a dash cam which may hold images that could assist us to get in touch.”
