Appeal following an assault in Bo’ness, Monday 7 November
Officers are appealing for information following an assault in Bo’ness
The incident happened around 7.05am on Monday, 7 November, 2022, in Grahamsdyke Terrace, in the town.
A 57-year old woman was assaulted by a man as she went to her car. When she shouted he ran towards a wooded area that leads to the Kinglass estate.
The man is described as around 5ft 7ins and of average build. He was wearing dark clothing with a hood up over his head and a dark face covering, similar to a snood.
Detective Sergeant Chris Scott, of Falkirk CID, said: “Fortunately the woman was not injured but she has been left shaken and upset by what happened.
“We are appealing for anyone in the area, such as dog walkers, who saw what happened or saw this man before or after the incident to get in touch.
“In addition, anyone driving in the area with dash-cam footage or anyone with private CCTV footage that could assist with our enquiries is also asked to make contact with us.”
