Four men charged with drugs offences after cannabis cultivation discovered in Kirkcaldy
Four men have been charged in connection with drugs offences after a cannabis cultivation discovered in Kirkcaldy.
Officers executed a drugs search warrant a property in the town’s High Street around 9am on Wednesday, 4 May, 2022.
The search uncovered a quantity of cannabis with an estimated street value of over £1 million.
The four men aged 21, 21, 26 and 29 are due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court today (Thursday, 5 May, 2022).
Detective Inspector Stuart Hunter of CID said :
"The supply and distribution of controlled drugs continues to be a priority for us. We will seek every opportunity to disrupt and prosecute those that are involved across Fife and on this occasion we were assisted by our colleagues in the Air Support Unit.
