Serious Assault – Union Street, Glasgow  

Police in Glasgow are releasing an image of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries in relation to a serious assault on a 34 year old male that occurred on Union Street, Glasgow.

 Around 09.55 pm on Friday 29 April 2022 the male was standing outside O’Neill’s public house when he was assaulted by an unknown male.

 Officers wish to trace the man shown in the image. He is described as a white male, slim build, late teens, white trainers, blue jogging bottoms, grey hooded top with hood up and a baseball cap underneath, wearing a small over shoulder bag

 Detective Constable Neil Bonsor, Greater Glasgow CID, said: “As part of the investigation, we are eager to identify the man in the CCTV footage and would urge him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch with police.”
