Road Policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash in Glasgow.
Around 2.30pm on Monday, 20 June, 2022, officers were called to Haywood Street, at the junction with Chapelton Street, following a crash between an electric assisted bike and a grey Ford Focus.
Emergency services attended and a 23-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the car was not injured.
The road reopened around 4.25pm.
Sergeant Paul Mellis, of Glasgow Road Policing, said: “Our enquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone who witnesses the crash or who has any information which may assist us to get in touch.
“I would also ask anyone driving on that road around the time of the crash with dash-cam footage to get in touch.”
