Appeal for information after man assaulted in Glasgow
Detectives in Glasgow are appealing for information after a vulnerable man was assaulted in the city centre on Sunday, 19 June, 2022.
Around 6.30pm, two men assaulted the 46-year-old man in Gordon Street.
He suffered minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment but was left extremely shaken by the incident.
The suspects are described as white and in their early 20s. One was wearing an orange top.
Constable Lauren Sloan said: "It is vital we trace the individuals responsible and we are appealing for anyone who may have seen the incident, or anyone who matches the descriptions of the suspects in the area, to come forward.
"We are also particularly keen to speak to a man who came to the aid of the victim and would ask him to contact officers.
"We are continuing with extensive CCTV enquiries and there will be additional patrols in the area."
