Appeal for witnesses following serious assault on Inveresk Street, Glasgow
Police in Glasgow are appealing for witnesses after a serious assault on Inveresk Street.
The assault happened at around 5.25pm on Thursday, 21 July, 2022 and an 18-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
The suspects are believed to be two men. One is described as white, aged 18-25, of slim build and with dark hair, wearing black T-shirt and black shorts. The other is described as being of 18-25, with a tanned complexion and short dark hair, wearing a light blue T-shirt and dark jogging bottoms.
Detective Sergeant Mairi MacDonald of Glasgow CID said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the assault or nearby drivers with dashcam footage to get in touch with us.
“Anyone with information should contact officers on 101 quoting incident number 2793 of 21 July, 2022.”
