Appeal following road crash on the A90 between Dyce and Blackdog
Road Policing officers in the North East are appealing for information, following a crash on the A90 between Dyce and Blackdog, which took place around 2pm on Sunday, 17 July.
The incident involved a grey Saab 95 colliding with a Scottish Safety Camera Unit van, which was parked at the side of the road beside a grey Skoda Karoq.
The drivers of the stationary vehicles – two men, aged 35 and 45 – were on foot at the time of the incident and both injured. Alongside the 69-year-old male driver of the Saab, they were taken to hospital for treatment.
The road was closed until around 9.00 pm and enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing.
Inspector Scott Deans, from the North East Road Policing Unit, said: “Thankfully the injuries sustained by the three men have been described as not life-threatening.
“Our enquiries into the crash are continuing and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed it, or the vehicles involved, to please come forward and speak to officers.
“If you have any information which could assist our investigation, please call 101, quoting incident 1942 of 17 July.”
