Appeal following road crash in Aberdeenshire
An investigation is under way following a road traffic collision in Aberdeenshire.
Around 8.10am on Saturday, 29 January, 2022, police received a report of a one-vehicle road traffic collision on an unclassified road from Tarland to Tillypronie, near Migvie, Aberdeenshire
The collision involved a green Can-Am light utility vehicle. The 36-year-old male driver was conveyed to Aberdeen Royal infirmary where he remains in a serious condition.
An investigation is under way to establish the full circumstances of the crash.
Road Policing Sergeant Peter Henderson said: "Enquiries are ongoing and we have already spoken to a number of witnesses.
"I would appeal to anyone who saw the vehicle before the collision or the collision itself to please get in touch. Likewise, if anyone believes they may have dash cam footage which could assist our enquiries I would urge them to make contact.
"Our thoughts are with the injured party, his family and friends."
