Appeal after car was set on fire, Woodburn Avenue, Alexandria
Officers are appealing for information after a silver Toyota Avensis was deliberately set on fire in the Woodburn Avenue area of Alexandria.
The incident happened around 2.45am on Tuesday, 1 February, and the car was extensively damaged.
Detective Constable Ross Gemmell, of Clydebank CID, said: “Fortunately no one was injured and the fire was put out by the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service. The vehicle has been deliberately set alight and we are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious.
“We would also like to speak to anyone with private CCTV that might help with our investigation and anyone who may have been driving in the area and have dash-cam footage that could assist.”
