Serious road crash on the A9 at Perth
Road Policing Officers are appealing for witnesses after a serious road crash on the A9 at Perth, on Monday, 12 December.
Around 7.45am, police were called to the crash on the northbound carriageway, near the Broxden roundabout. It involved a white Ford Transit van and an articulated HGV.
Police and ambulance attended and two men from the van were taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment for their injuries.
The HGV driver was uninjured.
The carriageway reopened around 10am.
Constable David Gray of the Road Policing Unit said: “Enquiries are ongoing into the cause of this crash. I would urge any witnesses or anyone with information that may assist our enquiry to contact us.
“We are also keen to obtain any dashcam from motorists driving on the road around the time of the crash.”
