Report of bogus workman in Alice Street, Paisley
Officers in Paisley have received a report of a bogus workman in the Alice Street area.
The man entered the property of an elderly woman claiming to be a plumber around 2pm on Thursday, 10 November, 2022. After looking around he enquired about cash kept within before leaving emptyhanded.
He is described as white, Scottish, around 5ft 4in tall and unshaven. He was wearing a blue shirt, dark body warmer, grey beanie hat and was holding a black clip board.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who has information about this man or has had similar experiences in the area.
