CCTV image released following assault at Trongate on Sunday, 18 September, 2022

Police Scotland is releasing an image of a man, officers believe, may be able to assist them with their investigation. 

The incident happened around 3.50am on Sunday, 18 September 2022 outside fast-food restaurant, McDonalds in Trongate, Glasgow. A 30-year-old man was assaulted.

The man in the image is white and was wearing a white shirt, black jacket, dark-coloured trousers and white trainers.

Officers are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the image to get in touch.

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0732 of 18 September 2022. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed on anonymously.
