Appeal for information - CCTV images released - Airdrie
Police in Airdrie have released images of a man that officers wish to speak to as they believe that he may be able to assist with an investigation into an assault that took place earlier this year.
The incident took place around 1.05am on Saturday 21 May 2022 at the taxi rank in Stirling Street, Airdrie. A 41 year old man was assaulted and sustained a facial injury requiring hospital treatment.
Officers believe that the man shown in the images has information that may assist them and would ask anyone who recognises him to contact them.
The man pictured is described as around 5ft 10, of medium build and between 20-30 years of age.
Detective Constable Katy Goldie of CID said :
“I would urge anyone with information relating to the man in the CCTV image to contact police as soon as possible.”
