Drug recovery - Oldtown Place, Aberdeen
Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery of Class A drugs with an estimated street value of around £48,000, from a property in Aberdeen.
Officers acting on intelligence executed a warrant in the Oldtown Place area on Friday, 1 April. Quantities of cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy, with an estimated street value of £48,675, were recovered.
Two men, aged 17 and 44 were arrested and charged in connection and are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today, Monday, 4 April, 2022.
Detective Constable Michael Christiansen said: “Drugs bring nothing but misery to our communities and I want to reassure the public that we will continue to use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from our streets.
