Appeal for information after a man indecently exposed him in West Lothian
Police Scotland is appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself in West Lothian.
At around 12.05am on Sunday, 27 March, a 34-year-old woman was walking in the underpass near to Queen’s Crescent at Houstoun Road in Livingston when she was approached by man who indecently exposed himself and then made an attempt to follow her.
He is described as being of average build and height and aged around late 40s to early 50s. He was wearing a blue cap, silver framed glasses and a blue zipper jacket. He had a local accent.
Detective Constable Shona Robertson of CID said : “The woman was extremely shocked by the man’s actions but was unhurt. I am appealing for anyone who recognises the description of the man to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3048 of 27 March, 2022.”
