Appeal after motorcycle fire in Jedburgh
Police are appealing for information following a fire in Jedburgh on Saturday, 2 April, 2022.
Around 2am, emergency services were called to reports of a motorcycle on fire outside a property in Waterside Road.
The fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue service. Damage was caused to the windows and roof of an adjacent property. Nobody was hurt during the incident.
Enquires are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and if the fire was set deliberately.
Detective Constable Claire White, of Galashiels CID, said: "We are appealing to members of the public who may have any information relating to this fire to contact officers.
"We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area and may have seen anyone suspicious around the time of the incident."
