Wilful fire-raising, Foggyley Gardens, Dundee
Police Scotland is appealing for information following a wilful fire-raising incident which occurred in Dundee in the early hours of Tuesday, 21 September, 2021.
Around 12.10am police were called to Foggyley Gardens after a portable cabin was deliberately set on fire.
Emergency services attended and found a nearby car had also caught fire as a result and was extensively damaged.
Sergeant Barry Cochlan from Lochee Police Station said: “We are appealing for any witnesses who could help us establish the full circumstances of this incident, and help us trace the person or persons responsible.
“If you were in the area of Foggyley Gardens in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and saw anything suspicious, please get in touch.
“We would also ask any motorists with dash-cams who were travelling through at the time to check their footage in case they have captured anything which could be of significance.
