Update - fatal road crash on M8 - Renfrewshire

Police Scotland can confirm that a 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with road traffic offences following a crash on the M8 at junction 31 westbound around 5.05am on Sunday, 19 September, 2021.

Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident remain ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0860 of 19/09/21.
