Man charged following series of Inverness thefts
Police Scotland can confirm that a 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of break-ins to businesses in Inverness.
The four incidents took place between Tuesday, 6 July, and Friday, 3 September, at premises in the Academy Street, High Street, Telford Street and Barn Church Road areas.
The man is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today (Monday, 6 September).
Detective Sergeant Christopher Macleod, from Inverness CID, said: “We would like to thank the public for their assistance, as ever, and remind them to contact police on 101 or 999, if they see any suspicious activity around a business premises.”
