Man charged after series of robberies in Edinburgh
A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of robberies at business premises in Edinburgh.
The man has been charged in connection with 13 incidents in various areas across the city between Friday, 27 August and Wednesday, 8 September.
He is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, 9 September.
Detective Inspector Kevin Tait said: “This was a wide-ranging investigation and I want to take the opportunity to thank the businesses involved and the members of the public who all assisted with our enquiries.”
