CCTV appeal following serious assault in Sauchiehall Street premises
Detectives have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their ongoing investigation into a serious assault that took place within a premises at Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow City Centre on Monday, 16 August, 2021 at around 3.15am.
Police would like to speak to the man in the images who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries. He is described as a white male, aged between 30-35 years of age and around 5ft 8ins in height, with receding short dark-coloured hair. He was wearing a blue t shirt, blue jeans and black trainers.
Detective Constable Paul Campbell from Greater Glasgow CID said: “It is important we trace the man in the images as we believe he may have information to assist with our enquiries.
“The man in the images or anyone who recognises him, or who has information regarding this investigation, is urged to contact Glasgow City Centre Police Station through 101 quoting reference number 0419 of 16th August.
“Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
