Appeal following break-in and theft in Jedburgh
Officers in the Scottish Borders are appealing for information after a break-in and theft of motorbikes from a property in Jedburgh.
The incident happened between 12am and 6.45am on Friday, 3 September, 2021, at a property on Castlegate in the town.
Entry was gained to the property and three motorcycles were stolen. The three motorcycles were a black, white and orange KTM 690 SMCR, a grey, orange and purple Honda Fireblade and a red, white and black Yamaha LC WPVS RD350.
Detective Constable Andy Loughlin, of Galashiels CID, said: “Enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information to come forward.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen any suspicious activity.
“We would also be keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting incident 0473 of 3 September, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
