Man arrested in police operation in Dundee

A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a spate of housebreakings in Dundee.

It follows an investigation into a number of breaks at commercial properties across the Dundee area between the dates of 23 September and 10 October, 2021.

Sergeant Lee Bain said: “This arrest proves our commitment to protecting our communities, both private and commercial. If anyone has any information regarding crime in their area, please report it to us and be assured that we take the relevant action.”

The man is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, 14 October, 2021.
