Appeal after break-in at house in Irvine
Officers are appealing for witnesses after a break-in at a house in Irvine.
The incident happened around 6.50pm on Sunday, 21 November at a property on Milgarholm Avenue in the town.
Entry was gained to the house and a number of items were stolen along with a sum of cash.
Two men were seen making off on foot from the property in the direction of the Annick Roundabout.
Detective Constable Robbie McIntosh of Irvine Police Station said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who believes they may have seen any suspicious activity around the area to come forward.
“We would be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage from around the area.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 3133 of 21 November, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
