Appeal following road crash on Arbroath Road, Dundee

Officers in Dundee are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic crash on Arbroath Road which happened around 8.20pm on Thursday, 3 June.

The collision involved a red Fiat Doblo and a blue Vauxhall Vectra. A short police pursuit had taken place just before the crash. No one was injured during the incident.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with various road traffic offences.

Inspector Greg Burns, of Dundee’s Road Police Unit, said: “We are keen for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who may have been in the area at the time and recording via a dashcam device to come forward.”

Anyone with relevant information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident 3356 of 3 June.
