Summer safety message
As the good weather continues we are pleased to see people out enjoying it, but want them to do so safely.
We remind people to be respectful and mindful of others when gathering in public places.
Drinking in public is banned in many council areas so check local byelaws if you’re travelling to a different part of the country.
Take care when swimming in public places and never enter the water after consuming alcohol.
We ask everyone to enjoy themselves responsibly and to report any concerns by calling Police Scotland on 101.
