Drugs recovery - Ibrox, Glasgow
Drugs with an estimated street value of one hundred and seventeen thousand pounds (£117,000) have been recovered by officers following a police operation in Ibrox, Glasgow, on Wednesday, 28 July, 2021.
Around 4.45 pm on Wednesday afternoon, officers searched a house in Harley Street, Ibrox, Glasgow, and seized the controlled drugs, believed to be herbal cannabis and Ecstasy, along with a five-figure sum of cash.
Two men, aged 22 and 23 years, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. They are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 29 July, 2021. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
