Broughty Ferry sexual Assault – Update

With reference to our previous release regarding a sexual assault on a seven-year-old girl in the Castle Green area of Broughty Ferry on Saturday, 10 July, 2021, please note:

 

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested. He has been released pending further investigation and enquiries remain ongoing.

 

Police Scotland Tayside Division would like to reassure local residents that their investigation to date still indicates that this was an isolated incident.
