Appeal for information after crash in Barmulloch Road in Glasgow
Police Scotland is appealing for information after a crash which happened on Barmulloch Road in Glasgow.
The crash happened at 11am on Thursday, 8 July, 2021 and involved a motorcyclist and a silver Ford Fiesta.
The male motorcyclist was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The Ford Fiesta made off from the scene and enquiries are ongoing to trace the driver.
Police Constable David Caldwell of the Road Policing Unit said :
“The motorcyclist received treatment for an arm injury.
“We are keen to trace the driver of the silver Ford Fiesta. The Fiesta is possibly a 2002 – 2008 model.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the crash to contact us, along with any motorists who may have captured the incident on dash cam. You may have footage which could assist enquiries.
“Anyone who has any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 1130 of 8 July, 2021.”
