Appeal following wilful fire-raising, Radnor Street, Clydebank
Officers are appealing for information after two vehicles were set on fire in the Radnor Street area of Clydebank.
The incident happened between 10pm and 10.30pm on Thursday, 15 July, in Lennox View, Radnor Street. A van was severely damaged and a small digger on a separate trailer was also damaged. The fires were put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and no one was injured.
Detective Constable Thomas O’Donnell, of Clydebank CID, said: “These vehicles were deliberately set on fire and it is fortunate that no one was injured. We are treating them as wilful.
“As part of our investigation we would like to speak to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time, including any drivers who have dash-cam footage that could assist with our enquiries.
