Body recovered from Clyde

Police Scotland can confirm that the body of a man was recovered from the River Clyde at 1.05pm on Monday, 11 January, 2021.

The family of Michael Fitzpatrick, missing since Friday, 11 December, have been made aware of the discovery.

A post mortem examination will be carried out in due course to establish the exact cause of death. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
