Appeal following robbery, Grayston Manor, Chryston
Police in Lanarkshire are appealing for information following a robbery in Chryston.
The incident happened around 7.50pm on Thursday, 18 February, 2021, at a property on Grayston Manor.
Four unidentified men entered the property and threatened the occupants with weapons before stealing a four figure sum of cash. No one was hurt in the incident.
The men are believed to have travelled in a burgundy Citroen Picasso which was later recovered by officers.
Detective Sergeant Lorraine Wilson, of Lanarkshire CID, said: “This was a terrifying ordeal for those involved, who although not physically hurt, have been left quite shaken.
“I am appealing to anyone who may have been in the area around the time of the incident and may have noticed anything suspicious to please contact police.
“I would also ask anyone who may have seen a car matching the description in the area around the time of the incident to get in touch.”
