Appeal for information after car set on fire in Findochty

Police in Buckie are appealing for witnesses after a motorcycle was deliberately set on fire in Findochty.

The incident happened around 3am on Friday, 17 December, 2021 in Cliff Street.

Police Constable Davey Hall of Buckie Police Station said :

“The motorbike was parked in the street when someone has purposely set it on fire. Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended and the fire was quickly extinguished. The owner has had his means of transport completely destroyed in this malicious act. 

“I am appealing for anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or knows who was responsible to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 0376 of 17 November, 2021."
